I practice fusion massage. Like great fusion cuisine, I like to pull the best from different massage techniques in my 20 years of experience to address individual challenges and problem areas. By combining modalities such sports massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and others, my goal is to help my clients manage stress, recover from injuries, or simply feel better in their bodies.

I earned my initial certification at the Physician’s Institute of Massage in Las Vegas and have taken additional courses in specific techniques and energetic healing throughout my career. I am currently a Developing Instructor in High Touch Jhin-shin, which uses 26 points along the body’s meridian system to open stuck energy points. I will soon be offering Jhin-shin workshops to help people learn how to use their hands like jumper cables to restore energy flow and maintain optimal health.

To recharge so that I can offer healing therapy for my clients, I walk in Boise’s foothills with my golden retriever, Sage, and spend time outdoors in every season. I enjoy woodworking, gardening, and working with my hands in nearly all aspects of my life.
