Join Sara Beth Robles, for a special workshop designed just for yogis—where you'll learn natural, practical ways to support your immune system and explore gentle yoga postures, breathwork, how to use essential oils and simple lifestyle tools to boost your immune system and help you thrive through the cold season. Walk away empowered with tools you can use daily so you feel more vibrant, resilient, and ready to show up fully on your mat (and in life). As the seasons change and the days grow colder, our bodies need extra care to stay strong and vibrant.  

When you practice healthy eating, applying essential oils internally and externally along with healthy sleeping patterns, as well as consistent movement, breath, and meditation practices, you start to rewire your nervous system to a state of steadiness and ease to have less dis-ease within the body.

Hands-on DIY: create your own immune booster roll-on and learn to make your own fermented cabbage to support your microbiome.

 As we approach winter, the holidays, ultimately a new year, this is not a time to set new intentions, but rather reflect on intentions previously set. A time for introspection, recharge, and embodiment, preparing for transformation to come. This is a space to explore hope and release, being no thing and a part of every thing all at once. 

Taylor has her doctorate in music performance and literature and a cognate in music theory. In 2021, after becoming a yoga teacher, she began to be exposed to sound as a healing modality, expanding her already intimate relationship with music and sound. Sound healing is the practice of using sound and mindful listening to transform and expand consciousness in order to enhance our body’s natural drive to regenerate and heal itself. All existence is vibratory in nature, making sound the perfect tool for healing practices and self growth. It mimics the vibratory nature of existence, affecting us on all levels: anatomical, psychological, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. 

As a sound healer, Taylor invites you to think of sound with a childlike curiosity and a beginner’s mind. During this sound bath, let yourself become a part of the sound. Feel yourself inside of the vibrations or even become no thing within it. Come with an intention you set earlier this year or a value you’re striving to embody.
