Dear Community,

We’re so grateful for each of you who continue to show up, practice, and help make our studio such a special space. Your presence is what allows this community to thrive.

As our classes have grown busier, we’ve noticed an increasing number of last-minute cancellations—sometimes between 10–20 spots in a single day. While we understand that life happens, these late changes make it difficult for others to join class and creates unpredictability for our teachers and scheduling.

To better support the flow of our classes and ensure fair access for everyone, we will be implementing a $10 late cancellation fee for cancellations made within 8 hours of class, effective immediately.

That said, as a thank you for your deeper commitment to the studio, we do not plan to charge this fee to our Nirvana and Annual Members at this time. It’s our hope to continue offering this flexibility to you as part of your membership.
